REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLISHING AN ARTICLE
The submitted article must be original and correspond to the profile of the journal. Pages must be numbered. The font must be in Times New Roman, size 12, space between lines 1.0. Citations are given with numbering at the end and inside the article. Abbreviations must be fully disclosed when first used in the text of the article, the history, number and full official names of legal acts should be shown. The article is presented as one file and should be in the structure below:
- information about the author: surname, name and father’s name, position and place of work; scientific degree and scientific title; e-mail address and contact phone number of the author;
- title of the article;
- keywords (not less than 12 words);
- the text of the article;
- bibliography (only citations and published sources are listed);
- a summary of at least 250-300 words.

The article is sent to the Editorial Office with a letter from the author and preliminary reference (by a well-known scientist in appropriate field).
Articles meeting the rules of publication are forwarded to a well-known specialist in appropriate field for receiving a review. The period for receiving the review is 1-3 months. If a positive opinion is received, the article is submitted to the Editorial Board for obtaining consent for publication. The article obtained the consent to publish is being edited. Despite, the editorial corrections are not coordinated with the author, he is informed about that. The author can take the article back before it is submitted for publication.
The costs associated with obtaining a review and the publication of the article are covered by the journal.
